How many colors can be used?
You can make use of many colors as per your preference while generating your business logo, using our various color features such as color picker, predefined color styles, 9 distinct color palettes in RGB & CMYK & a basic 256 Color palette . II am not able to add more than 1 logo symbol on stage. What can be done?
When you click on a logo symbol, it is added to the stage & gets selected automatically. When you click on the 2nd symbol, it gets swapped with the 1st one. To add more than one symbol, you need to de-select the 1st symbol by inserting a text element & selecting it with Selection tool or by copying / pasting the 1st symbol which you added. After that, click on panel ‘Symbols’ and choose any logo symbol. |

After generating the logo, you can publish it in various output formats depending upon the purpose for which you have to use it. You can choose to publish the business logo in PDF (Portable Document Format), BMP(Bitmap), Vector EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group), GIF (Graphic Interchange Format), TIFF (Tagged Image object format) or PNG (Portable Network Graphics). What differentiates Vector EPS object from JPEG or GIF?
A Vector EPS object is meant for using it in print media & it is a high resolution object. On the other hand, JPEGs & GIFs are meant for online use because of their small sizes and low resolution.

Vector EPS
Vector EPS is a vector format, i.e. it can be enlarged or reduced to different sizes without any loss of sharpness and clarity. It is not dependent on pixels for deciding resolution, but it depends upon mathematical coordinates for scaling.
JPEG
JPEG format is meant for screen displays & not for professional printing. If JPEG is used for printing, the file appears blurred or with jagged lines. For best results, this format should be used in its original size only.
GIF
GIF is a common format used for image files. It is particularly good for those images which contain flat areas of color. The size of GIF images is usually smaller than JPEG images of the same file. Unlike JPEG, GIF does not save photographic images well, because it is limited to 256 colors only. It is good to be used on the Internet. |
